Operations Manager (m/f/x)

• Responsibility - you are the link between the different departments of the hotel and ensure smooth cooperation. You are in close contact with your colleagues in the Central Support Office.
• Keeping an eye on the finances - you always have an eye on the budgets and you want to increase the revenues. The Finance and Revenue Management teams support you in this.
• Future strategies - you develop and strengthen the company in all areas
• Legal requirements - you are familiar with them and ensure effective processes
• Penta philosophy - this is what makes us special and you ensure that brand standards are maintained and that all teams internalise our policies and procedures

• Experience – you have worked in a similar role already? Then you are welcome
• University degree - you ideally have acquired this and, in addition to this qualification, you have knowledge of the hotel industry
