Responsibility - you are the link between the different departments of the hotel and ensure smooth cooperation. You are in close contact with your colleagues in the Central Support Office.
Keeping an eye on the finances - you always have an eye on the budgets and you want to increase the revenues. The Finance and Revenue Management teams support you in this.
Future strategies - you develop and strengthen the company in all areas
Legal requirements - you are familiar with them and ensure effective processes
Penta philosophy - this is what makes us special and you ensure that brand standards are maintained and that all teams internalise our policies and procedures
Leadership requires care - you live this attitude and maintain a friendly relationship with your Penta colleagues

Experience – you have worked in a similar role already? Then you are welcome
University degree - you ideally have acquired this and, in addition to this qualification, you have knowledge of the hotel industry
Entrepreneurial thinking - you were born with it? Great!
